Job Details:
• Graduates with healthcare experience and preferably pharmacy degree (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD)
• Willingness to work in US Healthcare process
• Excellent Communication & Listening skills
• Willingness to work in permanent night shift, Shift timings will be 5.30 P.M. to 2.30 A.M • Minimum of 10+2+3 years education pattern with supporting documents is mandatory • Requires navigation through multiple system applications
• Requires logic to be coded in the pharmacy benefits application which uses predefined conditions to trigger an outcome
• Individuals in this role are responsible to review and allow limits to be placed on quantity of medication received, access to medication, and also incorporating tailored messages for point of sale , internet for patients, and for customer service representatives
