A leading Pharmaceutical company based at Aurangabad is hiring Piping Engineer for their Plant.
Job location – Aurangabad
Education : B.E Mechanical Engineer with Piping certification
Experience : Min 7 yrs to Max 10 yrs in Pharma companies.
1. Should be able to Prepare URS (user requirement specifications) for the process equipment
2. Knowledge of pharmaceutical process (API) is a must.
3. Preparation of P&ID of a piping system, with BOQ preparation.
4. Detailed designing of pipe racks, storage tanks, distillation columns, and reactors.
5. Should be able to do the stress analysis and flexibility analysis of a piping system.
6. Ensure all safety measures by design, at the stage of designing a piping system.
7. Should be able to review drawings, and study site conditions prior to construction phase.
8. Should be able to prepare project summary, safety concerns, and inventory, on a periodic basis.
9. Should be involved in Hazop study of a project, in close coordination with EHS department.
10. Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor submittals.
11. Should be aware of qualification process of pharmaceutical equipments / systems.
12. Should be able to lead a team of technical experts in mechanical engineering. interested candidates please send your cv to [email protected]
