Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspection tests of incoming & outgoing milk & milk Products.
• Conduct microbiological analysis of Milk & Milk Products, raw and packing materials.
• Propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements.
• Monitoring Culture requirements and Indent.
• Implementation of SOP’s & Adherence of ISO Norms and documentation.
• Regular Inspecting Plant Hygiene and maintain Cleanliness of Plant & Equipment’s.
• Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.
• Identify & enhance the skill levels of Quality Staff.
• Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.

Basic knowledge Process & Produce Quality analysis of Milk & Milk Products

Desired Candidate Profile
Prerequisite:
0 - 4 years of relevant experience in any Dairy/Food industry.
