Reviewer:
1. SOP and Related document Preparation in EDMS.
1. Handling of Lab Event, Unplanned deviation, Planned deviation, extension, Interim report, Action Item, OOS and OOT through trackwise.
2. Master documents like ATP, Specifications and stability protocols preparation and revision through LIMS.
3. Instrument Qualification and Requalification protocol preparation & related activity.
4. To review and approve of the all microbiological documents.
5. EM and water trend preparation and summary report preparation of EM and PM.
6. To plan the Microbiological analysis daily work plan.
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer : Analyst , Microbiology
Years ofExperience: 03 years to 05 Years from Parenteral Pharma Plant only.
CTC Range: Up to 5.0 LPA
Profile:
1. Monitoring of cleaning and sanitization in Microbiology Laboratory.
2. Bio-burden and MLT test analysis and release.
3. Water analysis for Water for Injection, Purified Water and Pure Steam.
4. Conductivity and TOC of Water and In-process sample analysis.
5. Sampling of Finish Product and Packing Materials.
6. Environmental monitoring by active and passive air sampling and incubation and Release in LONZA MODA EM software.
7. Disinfectant efficacy test and CCIT test analysis.
8. Antimicrobial effectiveness test and validation analysis with documentation.
9.Micropipette, microscope, Total Organic Carbon, Conductivity, pH and colony counter calibration and report review.
10. Bacterial Endotoxin Test and validation & perform label lysate sensitivity.
