-Review & assigning number for incident/OOS/OOT/CAPA.
– To carry out investigation of Incident, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend) with the help of concerned department.
– To prepare and review trend of OOS, OOT, Incident and CAPA.
– To review Raw data and supporting documents of OOS, OOT, Incident and CAPA.
– Trending and evaluation of out of trend.
– To prepare supporting document for APQR.
– To preform the required transactions in SAP and open Text as per responsibilities.
– Communication with production, Quality control, Warehouse, Engineering, HR and SHE for closing of OOS, OOT, Incident and CAPA.
– Responsible for follow up and Implementation of OOS, Incident and CAPA(Corrective and preventive action).
