Position: CSA for Ecommerce Voice Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)
Eligibility:
- Any Under Graduate & Graduate (Fresher & Experience) both can apply - Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi without any Grammatical Error/ MTI
- Accurately and efficiently, handle customer via calling the shortest possible time.
- Communicate actionable customer feedback to the relevant team that can be worked to meet the customer's problem
- Candidate should be comfortable to work with 24*7 shifts.

- Resolute customer's query overcall for the query, request, complain raised by the customer
- Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in collaborative environment
- Should have solution oriented and committed to make it right resolution - Should have impeccable sense of judgment to be able to service at the highest levels.
- Should take ownership to resolute customer issue (ensure 100% problem solving ability).
