We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for our facility based at Pithampur, Indore (Non Sterile API) . Candidates possessing good communication skill and exposure in Quality Assurance Department are invited for interviews.
Position : Officer - Quality Assurance
Position Overview : Sampling, Process & Cleaning Validation
Experience : 2-5 yrs
Location : Pithampur
Qualification : M.Sc (Chemistry) or B Pharma / M Pharma
Description of Role:
• Monitoring of process validation batches manufacturing and analysis. • Sampling of In-process samples (like reaction monitoring, process • validation and drying validation samples) and cleaning samples (Swab & Rinse)
• Review of filled BPRs & Analytical docket before QA release
• Area / Equipment line clearance.
• Pre-inspection of batches before dispatch.
• Active participation in execution of new products and validation.
• Preparation of process, cleaning validation protocol & compilation of report.
• Closure of change control, deviation, OOS & CAPA etc.
• Performing in-process quality assurance rounds in various departments.
• Control, issuance & retrieval of all SOPs, specification, STP, BMR, formats and various logbooks to cross functional team.
