Walk-in Interview from 12th to 16th Nov.'19 for Production department (Non Sterile API) @ Unichem Laboratories Limited, Pithampur (Indore)!!!
We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for our facility based at Pithampur (Indore). Candidates possessing good exposure to API Facility are invited for interviews as per the following details:
Position: Associate- Production
Position Overview: API manufacturing
Experience: 2-5 yrs in API manufacturing
Location: Pithampur (Indore)
Qualification: B. Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• To follow safety instructions & norms during manufacturing.
• Ensure calibration status of all the temp indicators, pressure gauges& equipments are OK before starting the batch.
• Charging of batches as per SOPs& BPRs.
• Operation of utility valve &calibration of Balance as per SOPs.
• In-process sampling for reaction monitoring / in-process drying.
• Cleaning of equipment and manufacturing area as per respective SOPs & BPRs.
• Movement, labeling & proper segregation of material as per SOPs & BPRs
• On- line recording of BPR, usage log books , cleaning log books,temperature & humidity
records, filter aids, differential pressure recording of area, Balance verification &calibration
including all the other documents related to production.
• To follow laid down cGMP practices during manufacturing.
• To attend to On the job/ SOP/Schedule training as per requirement.
• Report any devaitions/ unsafe conditions to Shift In-Charge
