Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
1. Preparing internal patent evaluation reports.
2. Cleaning in house process & product strategies.
3. Attending to the customer queries with respect to patents.
4. Attending to R&D and regulatory queries with respect to patents.
5. Identifying the inventions which are patentable.
6. Supporting in drafting and filing the patent applications
7. Supporting in identifying the invalidation grounds for the patents of concern.
8. Monitoring the patents, which are of concern to our business.
9. Supporting in identifying potential molecules for development.
Note: P.G Diploma in Patent Law will be preferred.
