Job Responsibility:
• Data collection and verification (acknowledgement, duplicate search, triage, data entry, case narrative)
• Coding of adverse reaction(s)
• Coding of drug(s)
• Causality assessment
• Timely reporting to authorities
Documents need to carry by candidate:
• Graduation/ Post-Graduation: Mark sheet and Degree Certificate/ Provisional Certificate
• Government ID proof: Aadhaar, Pan, Voter Card
• Pharma License
