PRODUCTION (Doers):
Officer / Executive: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience and relevant Candidates having exposure in handling and supervision of equipment like Reactors, centrifuge, filters, dryers and clean room equipment of API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing, with knowledge of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment measures and GMP norms, Documentation, reporting of product / system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective / preventive actions in specific areas of operations.
PRODUCTION (Shift In-charge):
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager: B.E. Chemical or M.Sc. Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry with 7 to 10 years of experience of supervision of Man, Machine and Product, Ensure working in accordance with cGMP, EHS, Quality norms and as per BMS norms. Co-ordination with other departments like QC/ QA / Engineering / Store / Warehouse. Management of production as per plans, Optimum utilization of all resources like manpower, material, utilities, electricity, equipment etc. Monitoring of batch charging, material handling, and pharma area operations. Need to act as a checker for B.Sc. Operatives at shop floor in accordance with cGMP practices.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Sr. Executive / Executive : M.Sc./ B.Sc Chemistry with 2 - 7 year , must be familiar with cGMP requirements, Data Integrity, Doc Cell, Batch release process, Trending APR shop floor Operation in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Should have knowledge of operating Track wise, LIMS, Manufacturing IPQA, Warehouse IPQA, BPR review.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Officers / Executive : M.Sc / B.Sc (Chemistry) with 2-8 years of hands on experience of and relevant exposure in handling instruments like HPLC, GC, UV , wet lab and chemical analysis of raw material, has to be familiar with cGMP & GDP requirements, Experience in Shop floor Operation in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing.
ENGINEEERING SERVICES:
Utilities (Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager): B.E / B.TECH (Mechanical) with 5 to 8 years of experience and relevant exposure in API manufacturing operations and maintenance of Utilities & Plant Equipment like Air compressor (Screw Type), Air Dryer, D.G SET, IBR Boiler, Purified Water Distribution System, D.M. Plant, Soft Water Plant, VAM, Chiller, Hot Water Generation system, Cooling Tower and maintenance of all types of pump / vacuum pumps. Perform planned & preventive and predictive maintenance of all plant, utility and HVAC systems.
Process Development (PD Lab):
Sr. Executive / Executive: M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2 to 4 years of experience and relevant exposure of development of generic molecules in lab for APIs as per IPR and regulatory requirements with interpretation of analytical data of molecules using instruments HPLC, MS, IR and NMR and shall innovate process and operations in raw material cost reduction, solvent recycling and yield improvement experiments
Plant Operator / RO: (Fix Term Employee)
Process water plant operations as per standard operating procedure, Online recording of process water plant parameters, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of process water plant, Monitoring and ensuring efficient operations of process water plant systems, documentation, assist in Validation and Qualification of process water systems, Co-ordination with production department for process water plant operations like sanitization etc.
